These Business Trial Terms and Conditions ("Trial Terms") govern your access to and use of the premium features provided during the Jmpy.me Business Plan trial period. These Trial Terms supplement our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By activating the trial, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
By clicking "Start Trial" or otherwise accessing the premium features of the Jmpy.me platform, you (the "User" or "Organization") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Trial Terms.
Jmpy.me reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Trial after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The Jmpy.me Business Trial is available exclusively to new users who have not previously participated in a premium trial. Each user or organization is limited to one (1) 30-day trial period.
The Trial provides limited access to the following premium features:
City-Level Analytics
Deep geographic tracking including city and region data.
Premium Landing Pages
Ability to host landing pages on subdomains.
Developer Suite
Access to Jmpy API and MCP integration tools.
Dynamic Logic
Real-time updates to redirect destinations.
Enhanced Security
Password protection and link expiration controls.
Campaign Tools
Advanced management for marketing campaigns.
To maintain platform integrity, Trial accounts are subject to the following fair use limitations:

Prohibited Use: Users shall not use the Trial for spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or any activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Jmpy.me platform, including all software, branding, and algorithms, remain the exclusive property of Jmpy.me. The Trial grant is a temporary, revocable license and does not transfer any ownership rights.
User Data processed during the Trial is governed by our Privacy Policy. Jmpy.me shall not sell user data. You grant Jmpy.me a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Trial Services.
THE TRIAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JMPY.ME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JMPY.ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE TRIAL SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TRIAL TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $0.00 USD.
Upon the conclusion of the 30-day Trial period:
These Trial Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jmpy.me is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
