We will **not** delete or deactivate any account that has at least one shortened URL or QR code that is currently receiving traffic (clicks/scans). Your links are your assets, and we protect them even if you haven't logged in recently.

We will notify you via email 30 days prior to any action. Logging in or receiving a single click on your links will immediately reset the inactivity timer.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
All platform designs, logos, and proprietary code are owned by Jmpy.me. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
You retain all rights to the destination URLs and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data to provide the Service.
As-Is Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JMPY.ME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Jmpy.me and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
